Bookings made through our web site are completed as you enter your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Once the reservation is accepted you will receive an email confirmation from our Booking Office.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be cancelled by 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room rate.
We will assess a fee of one night of your room charge if you cancel after this deadline, and in case of no-show (unless differently specified in the policy of a selected promotion).
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
If you need to cancel or change your travel plans, you can cancel by entering your reservation code and your email. If you do so correctly, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please contact us if you do not receive it.

Our Hideaway Package includes overnight accomodation in a superior room ( upgrading upon availability), VIP treatment, American buffet breakfast in our restaurant or continental breakfast by room service, welcome drink in our Bar "Le Cupole" or in our Bar on the Roof Garden, testing menu 8 courses " Delight the Palate Earth and Sea" for 2 persons on the Roof Top Terrace ( or in our restaurant La Cesta) beverages excluded. The rate shown is for the entire stay of 3 nights. Cancellation is free of charge if done 24 hours before the arrival day (hotel local time). Penalty charge for late cancellation is 2 night.The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
SPECIAL 4 NIGHTS
20% Off Web Rate. Rate is based on 4 nights stay and include 10%VAT. Supplement for American buffet breakfast is Euro 31,00 per person. Minimum stay 4 nights. Cancellation is free of charge if done 24 hours before the arrival day (hotel local time). Penalty charge for late cancellation is 3 nights. The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
SPECIAL 3 NIGHTS
15% Off Web Rate. Rate is based on 3 nights stay and include 10% VAT. Supplement for American buffet breakfast is Euro 31,00 per person. Minimum stay 3 nights. Cancellation is free of charge if done 24 hours before the arrival day (hotel local time). Penalty charge for late cancellation is 2 nights. The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
SPECIAL 2 NIGHTS
10% Off Web Rate. Rate is based on 2 nights stay and include 10% VAT. Supplement for American buffet breakfast Euro 31,00 per person. Minimum stay 2 nights. Cancellation is free of charge if done 24 hours before the arrival day (hotel local time). Penalty charge for late cancellation is 1 night. The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
SPECIAL WEEK END RATE
Rates are per room and are inclusive of American buffet breakfast, 10% Vat, taxes & service charges included. This rate is valid only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with a minimun stay of 2 nights.Cancellation is free of charge if done 24 hours before the arrival day (hotel local time). Penalty charge for late cancellation is 1 night.
